We want you to enjoy your Teletext Holidays experience to the full, which is why we have rules that advertisers must follow if they want to appear on this site.
Our job is to ensure you book your travel with confidence! To achieve this we check out all the advertisers looking for your business to ensure they're legitimate, are financially sound and offer you financial protection after you've made your booking (where applicable).

And it doesn't stop there. Once their advertisements appear on Teletext Holidays we keep an eye on what they're doing and we undertake regular “mystery shopping” calls to check that everything is as it should be.
- They must clearly list any additional charges or fees
- The holidays and prices must be available as advertised
- Advertisers must update their offers regularly
Booking that dream holiday, a visit to friends and family, or even a business trip should be a happy experience. We’re confident it starts here at Teletext Holidays.
We encourage feedback – if you’re not happy with how your business was dealt with by an advertiser, please let us know and we’ll take immediate action.

Unfortunately we are not able to get involved in private disputes or complaints about things that happen at the resort.
